One month left to get Business Festival event applications in
If you're thinking of hosting an event in the Black Country Business Festival (running from 5-15 October), you have just under one month until the closing date of 14 August to get your applications in. The good news for everyone is that the Government announced on Friday (17 July) that physical events can start taking place again from October. But just to make sure all bases are covered, options have been developed to run events digitally or live-streamed, hybrid events, via the Business Festival's Zoom platform. It is totally free to host an event in the Business Festival and it is sure to be a great opportunity to get your business into the spotlight on a local, regional and even national level, so get involved, today! In April, the Black Country Chamber launched a search for Black Country Business Heroes: those people and companies going the extra mile to help with the Coronavirus crisis. There have been many fantastic stories of how our region has pulled together to help supply PPE, packed and distributed food and essentials for the most vulnerable and worked together to try and make lives better for the many people struggling and suffering with the crisis.
