Scores of events pack out Black Country Business Festival programme

Over 100 different events have been confirmed in the first Black Country Festival - from 23 April to 4 May. The Festival, developed by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, aims to help other Black Country individuals and businesses to make new connections, create new opportunities and learn from each other to help their development. It will also put the Black Country in the national spotlight, with the wide variety of interesting and exciting events showcasing the innovation, culture, commerce and range of diverse and innovative businesses based in the region. Firms wishing to run events in the Black Country Business Festival have only one more week to submit their applications before the deadline on 22 February. This first business festival in the Black Country – developed by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, will run from 23 April to 4 May. There are around 75 individual seminars, lectures, workshops and conferences staged across the region by local companies are expected to make up the two-week programme. Three weeks left to submit Business Festival events

Businesses wishing to run an event in the Black Country Business Festival have just under three weeks to get their applications in before the closing date on Friday 22nd February. The Business Festival is a fortnight of business events taking place all over region between 23 April and 4 May 2018. Any business of any size can apply to run an event in the Festival – which can take any shape from a seminar or workshop through to a trade show or major conference. Events should aim to benefit local businesses; showcase what the region has to offer, or be about something topical. This could include how to source new supply chains, exporting and selling to foreign markets, improving staff retention
